Gossard Superboost - A Review

Review of Gossard Superboost Bra

After loving the Gossard Beau Plunge very much, I decided to branch out and try some other Gossard bras. Gossard makes the well reviewed Superboost, and I thought it would be a good thing to try. Here it is on the model:

As you can see, it looks like a very pretty bra on the model. Let's see how it holds up to the fit test:

Band size: It is a 30 band and it actually feels like a true 30 band. The Beau Plunge was super tight but this one seems to fit true to size.

Cup size: The 30D bra's cups fit true to size.

Cup Shape: This bra is better than most. It has slightly broad wires and the projection is slightly-moderately shallow. In fact, this is the best breadth and projection combo for me. It is great if you are neither FOT nor FOB and have tall roots.

Cup Spacing and Centre Gore: Good. The gore is low as it is a plunge bra. It has good cup separation for my far-apart spaced breasts

Verdict: This should have been a 100% good bra. However, I just find that it doesn't look pretty on me! Even though the fit was absolutely perfect, it has NO push-up! The push-up is only in cup sizes A-C, regardless of band size. I personally feel that they should have included push-up in 30D and 30DD  because people who wear those sizes have smaller-than-average breasts and often want a push-up. They should have made it a push-up in 30A-DD, 32A-D, 34A-C, 36A-B, and 38A. Despite this bra fitting perfectly, I shall have to sell it because it did not meet my aesthetic expectations.
